Smoked Beef Shortribs
INGREDIENTS
- Beef Short Ribs
- Seasoned with salt and pepper
- B&B Charcoal Post Oak Wood Pellets
INSTRUCTIONS
- Run the smoker at 250° F.
- Turn the ribs every 30 minutes.
- Beef short ribs are done with an internal temperature 200°F.
- A little over two pounds took two hours.
