Cedar Planked Salmon
INGREDIENTS
- 1-3 lb Salmon fillet
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil
- 2-3 Tbsp Lemon Pepper (I prefer Pappys brand)
- 1 lemon
- 2 Cedar grilling planks
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat grill to 275F using B&B Hickory Lump Charcoal, setup up for indirect heat.
- Coat both sides of salmon with oil then lemon pepper, slice lemon and lay down the middle of the salmon fillet.
- Stagger planks on grill and place prepared salmon on cedar planks.
- Smoke salmon to an internal temp of 145F.
- Remove, serve, and enjoy!
