INGREDIENTS

  • 8 chicken breasts 
  • 1 block pepper jack cheese 
  • 1 lb bacon
  • Jalapeño slices 
  • All purpose seasoning (Pappys blue label is what I used)


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice a pocket in the middle of each chicken breast and place jalapeño slices and a slice of pepper jack cheese inside.
  2. Preheat grill to 325F using B&B Hickory Lump Charcoal.
  3. Wrap each prepared chicken breast in 2 pieces of bacon.
  4. Season using your favorite all purpose rub.
  5. Grill direct at 325F to an internal temp of 165F.
  6. Remove, serve and enjoy!
