Dylan is an accomplished Chef, Pitmaster, restauranteur and consultant. He has traveled extensively seeking new culinary experiences across the country and internationally. Chef Dylan actively competes in KCBS and SCA competitions. Additionally, he is a Co-Captain of a Memphis in May Whole Hog Team. He enjoys the close-knit family of competitors.
Professionally, Chef Dylan has worked for over 20 years in the industry continuing to educate himself and better his craft. His experience is steeped not only in BBQ, but Chef Dylan is a classically trained Chef and has worked in fine dining, sports and entertainment, catering and fast casual. Additionally, he has enjoyed sharing his passion and knowledge as an adjunct instructor for Kendall College and a consultant for the Small Business Development Center & Illinois Entrepreneurship Network.
